The Bracken Ridge Center for Professional Development is currently offering two programs in our Foundations Group. These programs carry the strength of over 75 years of facilitation, consultations and design experience.
Our program rates include all materials and time we spend with you building your expertise. In addition your lodging and meals at "The Ridge" are included.
Foundations in Collaboration
Team members are a highly interdependent group of people. Interdependence in order to accomplish our business goals is what defines a team. As a team we need each other in order to arrive at real success and full accomplishment. Our goals take the place of my goals. We shared accountability and reward for success.
The ability of organizations to create and sustain collaboration within and across departments and divisons will impact their bottom line significantly.
This program's Five modules are Defining Collaboratoin, Leading Collaboratively in Teams and Workgroups, Shared Accountability, Communication and Decision Making and Action Planning.
Included are pre-work, self-discovery profiling, two textbooks, and the workbook/reference manual,
Objectives of the program:
- To be able to create and sustain collaboration within your organization
- Be able to define, identify and construct units of production
- Establish behavioral metrics for collaboration
- Develop processes for team member peer evaluation
- Ability to transition from a more traditional manager, supervisor role to team support, facilitator, leader.
- Using consensus effectively
Investment
The all-inclusive fee of $1500.00 per participant includes:
- Pre-work packet and personal profile,
- Two textbooks,
- Workbook/leadership reference manual
- Lodging and meals at Bracken Ridge,
- Follow-up support both individual and group.

Scheduling and Registration Foundations in Teaming is held at the Bracken Ridge Center for Professional Development in Northern Kentucky, just one hour from downtown Cincinnati. Workshops are scheduled regularly for open registration.
