Foundations in Leading
We use the action word “leading” because leadership is action.
The term “leader” is a term that is appropriate for a manager, a department head, a supervisor, or an administrator. One can also be the leader of a work team or project team.
We believe the fundamental role of the leader is to create commitment among his/her followers.
It is clear that leaders need the clarity not only of vision to inspire followers and the technical expertise to be believable, but also the essential skills to be sensitive to the needs of others and therefore able to build sound relationships.
The program's Three Components are: Self Discover, 21st Century Leadership, and Communication/ Relationships.
