Bracken Ridge comprises three buildings all close together, but with plenty of room (175 acres) to spread out on.  Together our conference center, guest house and farmhouse provide a unique and comfortable setting. The conference center can hold up to 50 for a day meeting. There is plenty of break out space among the main room,  living rooms, conversation areas, enclosed porches and decks. The facilities of Bracken Ridge are designed to promote interaction, both business and social among the participants in your group. Building relationships is easy at “The Ridge”.

We have overnight accommodations for up to 30 guests in a mix of single and double sleeping rooms.  Meals are served in our kitchen and if you have the need for one more piece of pie at midnight you are welcome to help yourself.

We have all the technology and materials that you need for a successful session.  Flipchart stands and paper, overhead projectors, markers, post it notes, a copier, computer and printer, computer projector (LCD) and fax machine are all at your disposal, just use whatever you need (there is no additional charge).  Please ask us about anything else you might need; we will do our best to have it on hand for you.

Bracken Ridge has an “Elegant Pricing” plan. Our pricing for the Bracken Ridge experience is very simple and comprehensive.  All amenities are included in the cost per participant which is easily determined in the table below.  At a glance you know what your dollar investment will be in the Bracken Ridge experience.

Participant charges are for their total facility, lodging and food expense. Food includes all break snacks and beverages throughout your stay.  (We have ROPES elements that not all groups utilize. We price these seperately for your convenience).

When experiencing Bracken Ridge any and all tools and materials that we have are at your disposal.  This includes overhead projectors, LCD projector, copier, computer and printer, flip charts and markers, fax usage etc.

There are no minimums.  If you and one other person want to use the facility you are welcome.  We do have the capability to accommodate multiple groups on the same day and time.

Our policy on alcohol is for groups to bring their own.

Single Day
$130.00 per person for the first 5 people, we apply a meals  only additional charge for each person over 5, please call for information – Includes breakfast and lunch

Overnighter
$230.00 per person – One full day plus and evening includes lunch and dinner on day one, an overnight stay and breakfast the next morning.

Two Days and One Night
$295.00 per person – Includes lunch and dinner on day one, an overnight stay, breakfast and lunch on day two.

Three Days and Two Nights
$485.00 per person – Includes lunch and dinner on day one, an overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day two, an overnight stay, breakfast and lunch on day three.

Four Days and Three Nights
$680 per person – Includes lunch and dinner on day one, an overnight stay, three meals on day two, an overnight stay, three meals on day three, an overnight stay, breakfast and lunch on day four.

Five Days and Four Nights
$855.00 per person – Includes lunch and dinner on day one, and overnight stay, three meals on day two, an overnight stay, three meals on day three, an overnight stay, three meals on day four, an overnight stay, and breakfast and lunch on day five.

Additional days or extra nights will be readily quoted.

ROPES

Our highly experiential elements (ROPES) are available for facilitated use by any group. Given that each groups needs vary widely we price the use and facilitation of these elements on a per customer basis.

Weekends at the Ridge 

Many of our guests ask if they can come back and enjoy “The Ridge” on their own.  They can and you can too. Couples can use the guest house or multiple couples can use the entire facility.  You can stay one or two nights, it is up to you. Weekend guests can bring their own food, make use of local restaurants in Augusta and Maysville or we can cook for you. Call for more information about how you can have your own little gathering at “The Ridge”.

Goddess Rejuvenation Weekends

Get away, get comfortable and relax!

A Goddess Rejuvenation Weekend is a very unique experience for women only.  

These weekends feature gourmet cooking and a wide choice of activities from massages, to pedicures, to crafting and spending carefree time with others. Each persons experience is unique as the choices for how you spend your time are up to you.  

Dates for 2008 include April 4, 5 and 6 and October 3, 4 and 5.
