Joe Faessler is a management consultant who specializes in team building, management development, interpersonal conflict resolution and leadership training. He's worked with many of the Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. Joe's Bachelor's Degree is from the University of Cincinnati and Master's is from Ohio State University. He taught at the University of Cincinnati, Edgecliff College and the College of Mt. St Joseph.

Al Stuempel is a sought-after advisor, trainer and coach on organizational issues, leadership and strategic/organizational development. His diversified client list includes over one hundred businesses and organizations.  He founded his consulting practice in 1989 and prior to that was President of a $50 million multi-national company. Al is degreed in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration. He studied strategic development at Wharton School and is a trained Gestalt practitioner.

Jenny Zimmer  is a Human Resources professional with twenty-five years of HR and Training experience that, among other areas, encompasses a strong background in employee relations and performance management. She has also designed and presented training programs on many HR topics including workplace violence and diversity.  Her ten years at the level of vice president added corporate experience in marketing, strategic planning, and budgeting.

Bob Sutton is a change agent, facilitator and consultant/expert in creating Collaborative Organizations. He has applied his Parrallel Paths process to work with a wide range of organization including manufacturing, professional service firms, health care and consumer products. His academic background is in psychology, economics and human resource development, with an M. Ed. in Human Resource Developoment from Xavier University.  In addition, he is a trained Gestalt practitioner.  Over the last 15 years Bob has been facilitating change in individuals, groups and organizations with a demonstrated positive return on investment.
